Do you really not charge per user?

That’s right! We don’t charge per user, nor do we think recruiting tools should charge per seat. We realize that recruiting teams can be large and include hiring managers, onboarding personnel, recruiters, and sourcers. We believe no one should be left out of the recruiting process and therefore encourage our clients to add as many users as they need. Instead of charging by user, we charge by team: some companies for example, like to have a team for each department or location. Our average teams include 5-10 users. 

How do Teams Work in PivotCX?

Teams are a flexible way for Pivot to adapt to your hiring needs. Each team has its own phone number, own dashboard and career site. We realize hiring processes and the persons involved can vary greatly not just by position, but by department and by location. That’s why your account can expand from one team to hundreds! Get in touch with us, and we’ll guide you to see how many teams will work best for you.

Is PivotCX just a Text/SMS Solution?

PivotCX starts with texting, but is much more than texting. We aim to be the communications hub for all things recruiting. Pivot currently supports both voice calls and short video calls, and we will soon implement two-way email communications. 

How long does it take to implement PivotCX?

The implementation time depends on the complexity of the setup. For a basic account with one-way text notifications, we can get you set up in as little as 1-2 days. For a more complex integrations, setup and training can take 1-2 weeks. 

What if I don’t see my ATS in your list of Integrations?

We work with over 80 different ATS, Job Board, CRM and HRIS integrations. View the full list of integrations here. If you don’t see your preferred vendor there, then get in touch with us and we’ll be able to work directly with them to see how an integration could work best.
